Taxonomy

In WordPress, a taxonomy is a way to group posts based on various relationships. By default, a standard post will have two types of taxonomies: categories and tags. These taxonomies serve as convenient tools to ensure that related content on your website is easily accessible to visitors.

Both categories and tags are included in WordPress by default, but like any other taxonomy, they can be removed or modified. Additionally, you have the option to add other taxonomies if desired.
