User

The user is an individual who has an account on your WordPress site. Each user has a role that determines their access to specific content and features.

Within a WordPress site, the default roles are:

• Super Admin (used only in a multi-site)
• Administrator
• Editor
• Author
• Contributor
• Subscriber

The first user created during the site installation will have the role of administrator. It is necessary for each WordPress site to have at least one administrator in order to control the entire site.

Subsequently, it is up to you to determine the role that will be assigned to your users based on the permissions you wish to grant them.
